What more could you ask for? It fits, and if you break your original handle off, this will allow you to fix it in about five minutes.
Moen's design is uncharacteristically stupid. Expecting a single 2mm screw to bear all the stress when the handle provides about a 10-to-1 lever force on the screw is just plain stupid. However, that doesn't affect the replacement part, just the original faucet. The replacement works, and that's what counts.
