These are a bit of a pain to install and they are expensive for a filter, but you only have to do it once a year and it gets easier each time. I've been happy with the system after 2 years.

Newer Trane Filters cant be found at Lowe's or Home Depot. Trane specialized filters are expensive, but you can get a year out of them with proper maintainence.
