I gave this faucet as a Christmas gift to my mom and step-dad who have a new custom kitchen. They loved it so much they wanted me to install it immediately whice only took me about 35 or 40 minutes. They get compliments on it all the time. The only slight complaint is it doesn't stretch too far into a deep sink, but you get used to that quickly.

The faucet arrived in perfect condition and was I was able to install in less than an hour. It appears to be very well made (very solid and heavy), and performs as advertised. It looks to be as quality a product as others costing three times as much. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product.
