I just had this installed today and I love it. The spray is really soft. It is modern looking and impressive. The plumber installed it easily and quickly. Quality fixture, I am very pleased.

I have had this faucet since 2004 and I love the design. People need to know that the head on this particular model is pullout but NOT spray. The water flow is the same as it is in place with the water on. There are other models with a spray. The words "spray head" should not be in this model's title.

not a deceptive stainless steel finish only! It has ceramic "inards" which are very reliable and likely not to wear out for decades. Unless you are unusually handy with the wrench a professional plumber would be worth the investment to install this Museum of Modern Art worthy design.
