| Customer Reviews: NEVER Again! May 29, 2009 K. M. Willet 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I will NEVER EVER buy another Bosch Aquastar product in my life. Every few months the unit simply stops working. I can't afford to keep having a plumber come and fix it (and he's NEVER been able to fix it on one try)!
PURE GARBAGE! I'm hoping Amazon will lead me to a better tankless unit, otherwise, I'm going back to the tank!
Takes some getting used to..... May 5, 2009 Kathleen Larson This tankless water heater has been great. It took some getting used to, but we love it. We can see a clear savings in our use of propane. It is small and clean and really the best alternative for heating water. We did not get our tax benefit as had been promoted in the advertisement when we purchased it. It was not being offered for the 2008 year. I have heard it is supposed to be in place for 2009. That was one of the reasons we bought this unit over others that were similarly priced. Oh well......I think it is a good move toward using less energy.
Bosch tankless water heater 2700es March 22, 2009 Leonard L. Wysocki (Marlborough, Ct.) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
This tankless water heater is excellent. It supplies endless hot water for showers and laundry at the same time. I cannot comment on the savings at this point since I just installed it, However, since it only turns on when there is a hot water demand, it clearly is saving me money.
