The product looks good and performs well. When we were installing the product we discovered that there was a hairline crack in the base of the product. It does not effect performance (no leaks), but it does however knock it out of a 5 star review as the product was slightly defective.

I don't like to give anything 5 stars unless it truly is outstanding. I am very happy with this faucet and it seems to work very well. My only hangup with it is using the spray head. The hose, while very good quality, is a little stiff and rigid and that makes using the pull out sprayer a bit of a chore and it can get a little messy. However, in faucet mode it is truly superb, the movement from left to right is effortless and the lever provides precision control over flow and temperature.

I was very hesitant in going from a double knob faucet to just one. I wasn't sure how easy the handle would maneuver. To my surprise this handle moves extremely smooth. Very smooth. I can't get over how great it works. The sprayer is wonderful as well. It has an extra long hose that works great. You will not regret buying this hose.

I bought a similar looking no-name product from ebay for about the same price, but that one only lasted a year! Now I have this faucet for over a month now, and I love it! It's quiet (yes, I meant quiet when the water come out!) and the spray works just fine! (see, I wasn't able to switch back from spray with my last one.)
With the price I paid, I would highly recommend this.
