tends to stick January 3, 2008 Steve (Seattle, WA) I like the light weight and the staples feed very well. The safety nose piece tends to stick on accasion hence 4 stars but I'm satisfied with it.
What a deal December 21, 2007 John Michael Ohler (vero beach, fl United States) I purchased this item from Amazon and paid far less than anything from the Big box stores. The stapler came in a very nice case with all the stadard parts...it has preformed flawlessly and exceeded my expetations. After I purchased this Amazon dropped the price 10.00 more dollars which they quickly credited back what a deal. Dewalt makes great air tools I will definetly try them again.
Disappointed December 12, 2007 dxg (Michigan) 2 out of 5 found this review helpful
This stapler requires daily oiling, which is not stated in the Amazon description nor on the DeWalt website. The better tools in this class are oil-free. This tool comes with NO air fitting. You need to go buy an air nipple before you can use it. Again, the better tools in the class come with a swiveling air fitting. The better tools also have a belt hook, which the DeWalt doesn't. Yes, this tool is inexpensive. And for good reason. Do yourself a favor and buy a better tool. DeWalt also did not answer my email and does not have a phone number listed for customer support/information.
Good value for limited use July 4, 2007 J. Gisler (Utah) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The tool is solid and performs well in limited situations. Its narrow staple works well for attaching wood and other stiff materials to wood. I found it ill suited for attaching felt to wood. I'm not disappointed with it because I knew its limitations beforehand.
Buy this thing. June 25, 2007 J. Shultz (Maryland/DC) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This is a very nice stapler for $60. Buy this thing if you need a narrow crown stapler. You won't be disappointed.
