I purchased two of these for my dog and cat. We have had them for over a year and they both still look new. My dog's vaccination tags from earlier this year are all worn out and hard to read but her ID tag still looks new. They are very cute and very easy to read. The info on the tags came out perfect with no mistakes. It was also great that we were able to post our name, address, and phone number. Some don't allow that much info. They are great for peace of mind in case your pets get lost.

I would have given the actual product 4 stars if they had sent it to me right the first time. My tag was sent with the name "Jan" instead of "Jen." That said, I emailed the vendor one short email through the Amazon site asking them to fix the problem and was sent a new (correct) tag within 2 days.
The tag is durable and readable--it also fit a great deal of text on the small tag (I added my pet's HomeAgain ID number as well as my phone number). I ordered the small tag, but probably would have been fine with the medium size (my dog is 20 lb. puppy).
I will order another through this vendor when my pup gets a little bigger. I expect this tag to last a good 3-4 years (it is thick plastic and highly durable).
