I am a professional chef and I absolutely love this knife. I use several extremely expensive knives at work, each designed for a specific task. I also spend hours at work sharpening my so called "professional" knives every week. This is the ONLY knife I use a home as it does everything so well. I have owned it for about 4 months and I have not sharpened it yet and it is still razor sharp.
If you are looking for an excellent knife and an amazing price, this is it.

I'm very pleased with this knife. I read quite a few reviews before purchasing it. The other reviews are correct about the light weight of the Fibrox handle, but other than getting used to the light weight, this knife is great! It's very sharp and cuts everything that I've tried it on like a hot knife through butter. I can cut tomatoes and celery, etc. absolutely paper thin.
I highly recommend this knife.

I grab this knife for almost everything, the size is perfect for many jobs. Don't be fooled that it looks like a very cheap knife, but it is very sharp and stays sharp for long. Definitely glad that I didn't spend money to get expensive knives.

Although a 7 inch knife is kind of small, this knife is a great addition to your kitchen set. Since it is made with high quality materials, I expect to have it for a long time.
