I searched Amazon for plenty of decorating book and this was the absolute best! I wanted to find some ideas for decorating and many of the other books had so much writing in them but for this occasion you really need a book with PLENTY of PICTURES! And boy does this have them! This book is so well designed and offers so many great suggestions. It's suitable for every kind of decorating. It goes through every imaginable part of a house. Amazing book! It entertains me for hours! BUY IT, you won't be let down!

I saw this book in a decor shop and loved it, but not the price they were asking. I came home, looked it up on Amazon and ordered it for a fraction of the original price. It arrived in 5-7 days like new. I will definitely order again. Lana M.

Did we buy the same book? I got a (thankfully, used and cheap) copy based on glowing reviews. Yeah, there's lots of pretty pictures, but it wasn't chock full of ideas, in my opinion. The rooms all look "done" and expensive. I was disappointed.

It's great that it has a lot of picture, and just enough texts to explain. But I wish the designs are more modern and elegant rather than old fashioned and busy.
