| Customer Reviews: Poor quality September 19, 2009 N. Stull (Bay Area, California) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
We installed this tarp in April 2009 and by September 2009 it was already ripping, tearing, rotting, the grommets pulling out of the holes, and the hem unraveling. The tarp was laid aross a metal carport frame, only exposed to sun -- not even a winter season yet! This is NOT a heavy-duty UV treated tarp --a very poor purchase.
Isn't a heavy duty tarp May 20, 2009 Nicholas Christo (Austin, Texas United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Bought four of these tarps to use for protecting equipment during rain storms. I've found they tear & rip very easily. The grommet holes are weak and the strength and durability of the tarp is poor. Plain old clear plastic would have been a better choice.
Excellent tarp for the money. November 25, 2008 J. Lonie (Middle TN) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Tarp is strong with reinforced grommets and corners. I'm using it to temporarily cover a shed until I can replace the roof (or the shed) next spring. The tarp has held up to a couple of wind storms and rain with no problems.
Very Nice Thick Thick Tarp August 18, 2008 C. Bird (Idaho, USA) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
we use this under our tent camping, and man i love it. you can't say much about a tarp but this is thick, and cleans up well. what more can you ask for out of a tarp?
PIECE OF JUNK. WET KLEENEX IS STRONGER THAN THIS July 10, 2008 me.me.me.I.I.I (sw us) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Terrible quality, I bought the tarp in late March and here in late June it's in tatters. It is obviously not heavy duty NOR UV treated. The hems are not reinforced since those are separating. The sun and wind here (Arizona) have eaten it up in less that 90 days. Do not buy this!!!!!
