nice concept but what a piece of junk. everythign tears up and breaks and comes out of this thing and u can not use it more than one to two times. we've even rigged it up and still is breaking in diff. places.

I had higher hopes - but it doesn't deliver! I bought the rack to put my children's clothes on as I prepared them for consignment sales. The clothing was baby/toddler sized, so not heavy or long. But still the rack continued to pull apart at the bottom. Then it started leaning toward one end or the other (not side-to-side) and eventually fell over. When it did, part of the plastic cracked. Just a note that when the rack was put together, I did use a rubber mallett to try and insure that all the parts were well put together.
Bottom line - spend more money and get something with good reviews!

I was a little disappointed in this rack. It looked very sturdy but when I hung clothes on it then tried to move it across the carpet to a different area, the rack twisted, started leaning and then came apart.
It hold a lot of clothes and looks decent.
I am having my husband drill holes in the area where the poles slip together and then put screws in it in hopes of making it more sturdy.
It's a shame this is not one of the features already provided.
If this works then the rack will be perfect for my use.
In all fairness if the rack is not moved around, not pushed across carpet, it will probably work great for most customers.

The rack could not support the weight of a few winter coats with some shirts and skirts. Though the weight was fairly evenly distributed between the two bars, which I had low for better center of gravity, the rack did a pirouette and crashed to the ground a few hours after assembly. When this happened again soon after, I decided to return it.

The first one we ordered was missing parts. Amazon replaced it very quickly. 5 stars to Ammy customer service.
If I could give this rack -5 stars, I would have. This is by far the worst purchase I have made in a long time. The rack collapsed after one day of having around 2 dozen items on it, and nothing on it was heavy. My husband put it back together and propped it up against the wall so it wouldn't collapse again. My son had brushed into it and the whole thing came crashing down. For the money I spent on it, I would expect it to last longer than a week. I would not recommend this product to anyone. It is a piece of junk and made it's way to the trash within a week of being assembled.
