I purchased this grass seed to improve my lawn in North Carolina. I was Very Disappointed in the results.Mostly patchey areas that soon withered and died.Contacted the seller who in turned gave me the home office in New Jersey. After 3 or more phone calls back and forth between home office and seller (who both Promised to send replacement seed)no satisfaction to date.As for this product and said companies I would advise "Buyer Beware" it's all about Their Profit and Your Loss.

Great product. all you have to do is throw it out. grass grows almost immediately.
