This miter gauge is heavy dudy, is strong and hefty. I like that it has teeth and a pointer that fits perfectly in. Oh! by the way one of my incra miter gauges teeth was broken off, didn't like that but kept it because it didn't affect acuracy. Adjusting the pastic rings was very dificult, I though i was going to break it but it held. The bar itself is to short to use with 12 in width wood board or more on my bosh table saw. Its an improvement but i'm still going to shop around for a longer bar miter gauge.

The miter gauge that came with my table saw had too much play, when cutting angles. Checked out several miter gauges before choosing Incra MITERV27. I have not been disappointed with it's performance. Quality and material of gauge excellent. Easy to adjust and dead on accurate. I highly recommend this product.

Great Table Saw Upgrade May 15, 2008

I have an old Sears contractor table saw and have upgraded it with a new miter guage and Vega fence. The Incra Miter Guage works very well. I like the exact increments settings which makes for quick set up. I find that the guage fits a little tight in the guide slots machined into the table with the adjusters backed all the way off. I hope it will losen up over time but if not I have a file that will fix it. A good product and an excellent upgrade over the old Sears guage.

The Incra V27 is a well made unit. Its more usable than the ~$150 Accumiter I had before! I didn't have any of the set-up troubles others had with the adjusters. Operation is simple and straight forward.
